Review on 🚰 HOUZER E-100 Midnight Quartztone Sink, Black" (optimized) by Brandon Vox

The color and finish of the sink is NOT as perfect as shown in the product photos. It has a much cloudier, powdery finish than shown, even after cleaning with dish soap. The installation instructions are also useless. There are just a few clumsily drawn illustrations that show VERY poorly how the mounting clips work. The clips themselves are terrible too. The clip simply slides off the underside of the countertop as the screw is tightened. I had to make some wedges between the bottom of the sink and the side of the clamp so it doesn't move when I tighten the screw. The screws are also set at an angle, which puts the heads so close to the sink that it's difficult to get the screwdriver right into the slot. The screws also thread into plastic, not metal, so when tightened they are very easy to remove as the design of the clamp is so poor you have to tighten it firmly so the clamp itself doesn't push the sink away from the countertop . I'm trying to find much better solid metal clips that will work with this sink and really secure it to the countertop.
