I bought these fairy lights to replace the old white fairy lights on my covered patio. The length was almost perfect. These lanterns are much smaller in diameter than the old rope lanterns so I couldn't use the original brackets, but the cup hooks worked perfectly! (Brackets are not included with these lights) The light is bright and the different colors are impressive. The remote works great to turn the light on and off, change the color or change the pattern. The remote control only works within line of sight, so you can't turn on the light from inside or remotely. Overall a great set of colored lights.
