Almost, but not quite
Love this idea and it's solid. But almost everything I want to put on a shelf has one of those bulky boxes around the pins, blocking both exits. The bottom of the shelf and the protruding sides are distracting and make it impossible to connect some things. So plan on only using one of the two outlets unless you're just plugging in standard plugs.
