I would describe this set as a bit advanced. It is very well put together with a lot of thought and love. Everything is well packaged and of excellent quality. There are many pictures in the instructions but some of them are in slightly broken English. Dimensions are not given, so you need to intuitively understand what size everything should be. Starting with the head, I suggest either using less of the paint provided, or seriously compacting it into a ball about 1 inch or so. Before you begin, take a look at the size of the eyes, and this will show you the proportions everything else should be in. I'm still working on mine, and since I didn't condense the head enough to my liking, I'll probably buy more eyes from my local craft store and get it working. It is so sweet. This set has more than you need and you will have extras for other projects. Two pairs of eyes, two keychains, several different needles (although I only used one), a glue stick which I didn't use but chose super glue and a whole awl to place the eyes. Hey, if you separate the materials properly, you can make two tiny versions of this little bear.
