You get what’s exactly in the picture. It’s super cute and stretchy for sure! I ordered a medium which is what I normally wear (I’m 5’6, 150lbs) but had to send it back to get a small because the part that covers the stomach was so loose it was hanging and that made it less flattering. When I got the small it fit perfectly and wasn’t see through at all. Definitely recommend but maybe get it in a size smaller than you’re used to
