Review on Logitech Backlit Mechanical Keyboard Passthrough by Dinesh Anand ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Terrible product, not happy with the purchase!

It has a stunning appearance, but the functionality is severely lacking, or more accurately, it cannot be utilized in any way. After you have typed something with this keyboard, you will need to edit it. Frustrated in the reasoning behind taking such a stance toward something that is so obviously an issue. In the case of Logitech, I don't have to provide a canned response stating that "you are sorry that this happened and express hopes that other goods will suit me." You are not sorry, and there is no chance for any joy that can be derived from using your items; this keyboard is just a $5,000 con. This company has a disgusting attitude toward the people who use their product; even if sending user data to a third-party service doesn't cost them anything, they do it nevertheless.

Pros
  • A good keyboard, but only so long as you use it during the warranty period of two years. The keyboard suddenly stopped working only a little over two years after the warranty period had expired and after it had been used for a little over two years. I kept getting double clicks and there was no response when I pressed anything. I contacted Logitech Technical Support because I had heard good things about the company's commitment to its customers. However, all I got in response was "well, we're sorry, the warranty is over; go spend money on a third-party service in order to fix the keyboard," so I had no choice but to agree. In addition, the most intriguing aspect is the fact that although there is an issue, which is evident from the feedback provided by customers, the corporation chooses to ignore it and instead dumps it in the woods. And I'm not even a gamer.
Cons
  • There were instances of double clicking as well as keys that did not respond to being pressed.
