A very durable cheese board that should last a long time!
The construction of this cheese board is well done with laminated bamboo strips that feel very tightly connected. The two drawers, which contain four different attachments for handling different types of cheese, have magnets that keep them in place when closed, but can be completely removed for cleaning after use. There is a recessed "hollow" around the perimeter of the board that conveniently prevents foods like olives or pickles from rolling off the tray.
