Review on 🦋 Revamp Your Puppet Show with the Folkmanis Monarch Cycle Reversible Puppet by Paul Abs

This manikin is so beautiful, well constructed (stitches, material, colors, zippers) and accurate, which fully justifies why I bought it as a teaching tool for my monarch butterfly presentations. As mentioned in previous reviews, it's a little tricky to move from one stage to the next, but with practice I made it as difficult as a real butterfly! For more realism I bought some small black pom poms and put them in a doll bag. When I'm ready to turn the caterpillar into a pupa, I throw all these pom poms on the table to show how badly the caterpillar poops! The kids love it! When I pull the butterfly out of the pupa, the wings fold like a real butterfly! Then I spread my wings using the pockets in the wings. Love it!
