As with some other reviews, my side seems to split on the right shoe. The funny thing is my last pair of shoes were the same style and brand that I bought from a thrift store in St Vincent so I have no idea how old they were before I bought them, but they were almost well worn with no tread left. I wore these used shoes for about 4 years and bought them from Revain in June 2019. Not a very good track record. I think these companies cannot resist the urge to buy cheap goods from China to maximize their profits, notwithstanding the protection of the good name they have earned through years of manufacturing quality products. Heck, even my new lacrosse shoes ($180) were made in China and I'm from Wisconsin. Anyway, I don't buy craft tools or high end hardware brands to name a few for the same reason. The real problem seems to me that China is able to produce quality goods, but companies like dockers, artisans or aces are just looking for the lowest price they can find. It's good that I'm an old man because I'm really tired of buying things that are made in America or at least last longer than 6 months. Enjoy shopping.
