I thought it would be easy. But I have very thick long hair. So I have to use particularly small areas when it's wet to avoid painful twitching. (All parts used) Not sure if I had a tender head yet, but I could barely sleep with it on. After removing them, I got beautiful curls. However, brushing was avoided as it reduced rebound with each brushing. (Yes, I used food, and no, I didn't use heat.) I think with more effort it could possibly work for me, but it will take a long time.
