We are extremely dissatisfied with WETFLY's customer service.

Unfortunately, my experience with WETFLY's customer support left a lot to be desired, which was disappointing because I was looking forward to using WETFLY's gear for my very first time fly fishing. I found the staff to be unhelpful and dismissive whenever I inquired about their products or sought guidance on what clothing or equipment to purchase. Their website was difficult to navigate, and it was difficult for me to locate the products I required. My request for assistance was met with impatience and a refusal to provide any assistance from the customer support representatives. I did not get the impression that they were concerned about the requirements I had as a consumer. In addition, even though their equipment is advertised as being of a high quality, I discovered that some of the products I bought did not live up to the standards I had set for them. After only a few uses, the waders I purchased started leaking, and the boots I purchased were not only uncomfortable but also poorly built. The entirety of my time spent with WETFLY left me with a negative impression. Their customer service and product quality both left a lot to be desired, despite the fact that hunting and fishing may be the primary emphasis of their business. In the future, I plan to seek elsewhere to satisfy my requirements for outdoor gear.
