From the moment we placed our order to the moment we received it, the whole process was a disaster. I decided to pick it up from the post office because after 3 days it still hadn't arrived and when I opened the box ALL the pieces were broken. Looks like someone hit the speed cube with a hammer while it was in the box. It was an absolute disappointment. My son ordered this and checked every day - only to have it received totally damaged and unusable. We couldn't even get it out of the box - all the parts just fell out. If I could give zero stars here, I would! If you want a product like this, spend a few bucks more and get a quality product. You will be disappointed with that.
