I bought these locks because I liked their search alert. I received the locks and they looked very good. I played with them last night and found that you can unlock them without knowing the combo. If you press and hold the unlock button and then scroll through the numbers, you will feel the numbers click into place. This will open the lock! Big waste of money. I emailed Tarris. I hope they respond and refund my money. I just bought them, but when I select the item return option, does it say they are non-refundable? What happened to Revain? I have to say I contacted Tarriss about this issue and they responded very quickly and refunded the money. Customer service was excellent.
