I have been buying wedge bed pillow systems since 2015. I am very impressed with the LX8 4 Piece 2 Piece Orthopedic Wedge Pillow Set as it is made entirely of memory foam. firm enough to provide support. I bought this set because I need a memory foam corner pillow to use when I'm in bed streaming video from my projector to my ceiling. Using a regular pillow made me too sleepy. This set includes 5" and 7" wedges and two small neck and lumbar pillows. This was the best set I found for this purpose and the fact that you can use the 5" and 7" wedges individually or together allows for a flexibility not found in most other wedge pads is. When used while standing, it is more comfortable than me. thought it would. It's very vertical compared to similar wedge-shaped pillows (and doesn't allow for fine-tuning of the angle like crescent-shaped pillows), but the lumbar support adds a nice touch. I'm 6ft 2" and anyone much taller might be disappointed as my neck is well supported by the top pillow, but I'm right on top. I might consider selling my Relax the Back PureFit adjustable wedge pillow system. This 4-piece, 2-layer LX8 Wedge orthopedic pillow set has a softer feel thanks to 100% memory foam.
