Anything, powder, goo, anything, I've tried them all! This is best of all! Finally learned how to prevent fluids from getting under my dentures and losing them. Two comfort strips are needed for the upper of my sneakers. Worth the 0.50 cents more. Important: First remove one side of the film to make assembly easier. Then I will make sure that the edges of the comfort strips are at least 1/8 inch above the edge of the palate of the prosthesis. This allows me to trim off the excess with curved scissors for a perfect fit. It's the same with my lower dentures. NEXT I use another comfort strip to completely cover the inside of the upper denture that is not covered by the first strip. When fitted correctly, the entire upper prosthesis will be covered 100%. Then I soak the entire upper denture in water for 30 seconds and place it in my mouth while holding it with my finger and counting to 20. Cut it to fit perfectly. Today, three weeks later, my upper denture sits all day. And best of all, I don't use that sticky, sticky, sticky junk anymore! I am now deciding when to remove my upper dentures and my diet of solid foods is getting better by the day.
