Stopped working after about a month

I just received this product yesterday to use in the room where I will be salting meat. Setup was easy and the app is pretty intuitive EXCEPT. After installing the app on the iPhone and adding the device, I can see that it recognizes the device as an IHC-200 WiFi. So far, so good. At the bottom of the screen when viewing the current moisture reading is an icon labeled "Moisture Trend Chart". When I click on this icon I get a screen titled "Temperature Trend Chart"! There is also no data in the trend or in the tabular details below. I uninstalled and re-added the device and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same problem. Then I noticed that on the screens where you select new devices to add, the IHC-200 is listed as TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER. Interesting right? I'm not sure if it's an app or device issue. I am using an iPhone and have InkBird Pro version 3.1.20 installed. The device actually works fine though, ie something plugged into a suitable outlet will turn on and off when the humidity drops below or above a set point. At the moment I'm testing it with the Droplite as I haven't set it up in my curing room yet. About 12 hours ago I emailed support explaining the issue along with screenshots which I posted here. I will give them about another day to respond as they claim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours. I will happily update my rating and give them more stars if they fix this issue quickly. If I don't have a solution within a few days I will return the item and never buy from this seller again. October. 28 Update: Improved my rating to 3 stars. Here's why: Last night the seller responded to my review and said they were aware of the issues with the application and were working on it. They also asked me to contact them through Revain, which I look forward to in the future. Please note I have not received any replies from their support email which they would recommend you to do in the instructions and on their website. As for the device itself, it still works great. I've started seeing historical trending data in the app, but it's still trying to track the temperature trend, not humidity. I'll post more when/if they fix the problem with the app. Update 11/18/2020 - Back to 1 star. Although they fixed an issue with the app querying and tracking humidity, no more data was reported about a week ago. The application showed the device "Offline". I've made sure my phone is on the same Wi-Fi network, but it's still not sending any data to the app. I've decided to erase the device and add it back to the app and after a dozen tries it won't connect. I have checked that the network is 2.4GHz and that I am using the correct password. Also, I moved the device and my phone about 18 inches away from the wifi router. The whole point of this device is to be able to remotely control the humidity level in a room, and it fails miserably.
