Great tool and excellent customer service
It's great to use if you have more than one person managing your profiles across all platforms at once! The support team are fantastic as well - they always respond quickly no matter what time of day it happens in Europe or US (or anywhere for this matters!). I love everything about them so far but there isn't much we dislike either really apart from perhaps some minor UI/UX tweaks here & there would be nice :) Really good software though which makes things easier when running several accounts under different names etc. We've been able to manage our Instagram profile using just 1 account manager instead 2 separate people doing their own thing. Also being easy enough for customers who might not know how these tools work yet can still enjoy similar benefits without having an over-extended staff member taking up too many hours each week working out where everyone should post next ;).
- Easy way that my business partner is now posting directly through me, rather then us both separately trying do posts together.
- Easier access between social media networks with ease compared previous methods used before such like manually uploading images into Facebook groups individually by hand every month; also was very labour intensive especially since sometimes photos needed cropping after uploads were complete..a lot less hassle overall.and faster response times within
