I have not ever really paid attention to my hair brush, but since I’ve been quarantined in New York City since mid-March, my locks had gotten seriously long (for me!). I’m usually a short hair kind of gal. So I started watching online hair tutorials, and trying to have some fun with all this length. My old ceramic brush just wasn’t cutting it anymore! It fried my hair and knotted it something fierce. I am so delighted that one video I watched recommended I get a boar bristle brush for my hair type (fine and wavy, tendency to frizz), and stumbled upon Belula after reading their amazing reviews. Shoppers of ebay, this is a GAME CHANGER. My hair is soft, and much less frizzy. After I wash and condition, I use a wide-toothed comb, then wrap it in a microfiber towel, letting it down after much of the water is absorbed by the towel. Then I let my hair completely air dry. (The luxury of working from home allows me this kindness to my hair) Once it’s dry, section by section, I brush through with my belula brush. Sometimes I even plait it or secure it in a bun to add extra pattern to my natural wave. The end result is nourished tresse that are soft, very little frizz, and developed into the most natural, beautiful wave! I will definitely buy another Belula brush in the future.
