The spring bars that come with them don't fit properly in the lug holes on Seiko dive watches, but once a workaround is found they look great on my Seiko SRPD21. Turtle from the Ocean Great White Shark series. The "thin" spring bars included in the kit went too far into the watch's lugs and failed to properly secure the strap to the watch. Seiko's OEM "thick" spring bars did not match the end links of this bracelet. As I'm more than just a watch enthusiast and have a few bits and pieces in house for situations like this, the workaround was to use "thin" spring bars that feel larger than the lug width of this particular watch. This Seiko model has a standover width of 22mm. I used 24mm "narrow" spring bars and the strap stays on the watch perfectly. A different brand or style Seiko watch might not have this problem at all, but it does if you attach it to a Seiko dive watch with drilled holes. The ears should be ready to make the above adjustments. This particular confusion was resolved when I resized the bracelet to my wrist (the bracelet comes with a sizing tool if you don't already have one). I am impressed with the fit and finish of the bracelet. This is for a budget bracelet. In my opinion, the stainless steel outer links with the blue ceramic center links look good on this watch and it's not something you'll see on other people's wrists.
