Used this to change my pickup selector switch from Neck/Bridge to Neck/Both/Bridge. Works perfectly!
The previous owner of my guitar included a mini 3-pin latching on/off/on switch so I could only have one pickup at a time and I wanted to expand the guitar's capabilities so I could mix pickups. Installed that and it worked great. There are no soldering issues with the 320 and the switch sounds very clean when plugged in. The rubber switch cover from the old switch does not fit. You will need the included rings and washers.
