This product works as advertised and expected. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I love that the carry case also includes all the accessories and is small enough to fit in my purse/travel suitcase. Easy to use, change and clean included heads. I really like that it's rechargeable and waterproof (not that I'll leave it submerged for long). I use it as part of a laser hair removal treatment and am very pleased with how smooth my skin becomes between treatments.
