I am an avid photographer and carpenter and have recently made 8X10 oak frames to display some of my (holiday/family/pet) photos. I needed the flexibility to swap out framed photos on a regular basis, so I bought these knobs. I found that I could (by pre-drilling) tighten the included screws just enough to keep them from slipping, but they pryed off easily with my finger, allowing me to easily remove the backing and photos and replace with another photo (takes about a minute/two) for the photo replacement.
