Easy way of tracking good and bad performance of staff and suppliers
I like that it is easy for our employees at work, as well their families who are not yet working there can access this too (although we do have some people in office only).
It's very simple but effective way of giving out incentives/rewards when they perform certain tasks or actions correctly - which helps us keep track better than other methods used previously by another business partner organisation within my department; especially because all transactions made through LGI website will be recorded automatically so no manual inputting required once logged into site.
Pros
- The ease to use both web portal interface &, mobile app.
- Flexibility enough where employee may enter rewards points manually if he wishes
- Multiple options available even with how many reward amounts per transaction /points earned etc., could choose from depending upon his own preference
