This is not my first Hosafe camera for good reason. These guys make great cameras and have great customer support. I needed a camera for my back deck, but I also needed new porch lighting. This gem solved both problems. The camera was easy to set up, just make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi 2.4. Just follow the instructions and you'll be up and running in about 5 minutes. I use Ispy Connect to monitor my cameras at home, but I have an app on my phone when I'm out. The camera is highly customizable, see photo 4. You can use the HiCam app on your phone to find the IP address of the camera; Go to "Settings" > "Device Information" and the IP address will be displayed. Enter this IP address in IE and you have access to many settings, see photos. They have excellent customer support. I have NO and I mean NO complaints about any Hosafe camera that I own. They have proven to be very reliable, I have had the outdoor camera for over 4 years, the indoor PTZ camera for about 3 years and although it has had some abuse from being used in a chicken coop it works great. I would highly recommend any Hosafe product that you may be interested in. I already mentioned that they have great customer support.
