The USB receiver that came with this keyboard is different than what is shown in the reviews and the connection is so poor that the keyboard cannot be used from 12 feet away. The keyboard works flawlessly via Bluetooth. I don't know if a standard USB receiver would work better, but if you're going to be using a keyboard over USB I'd buy it new rather than refurbished. In general, the keyboard works as expected. The trackpad could have been better, but judging by the reviews of this and similar keyboards, there isn't a quality trackpad on these keyboards. I'm using it with NVIDIA Shield, the search button opens the google assistant instead of the search bar. . Other than that, all the keys work as expected, which is a lot better than other manufacturers' keyboards you might try.
