works like magic! but the color is rather white/grey not like in the photo.

Works like magic. I added about 3 5 ounce cups to my 20 gallon tank and overnight my PH went from 6.4 to 7.2! So the product deserves a 5+ rating, but I can't give it the rating it deserves because the resulting color is totally different from the picture. since my gravel is beige/light brown I bought this bag because the color on the picture looks like beige/light brown but it came more like white/grey hence the 2 star deduction.
