They turned out a lot better than I expected. Bought them for my sons birthday. I'm used to using cheap face paint that you can buy at local craft stores which is difficult to use and colors wear off and wear off quickly. Not so with this product. Colors are bright and bright. They don't mix with other surrounding colors and last until you wash them off with soap and water. I really liked this brand and recommend it to anyone who asks where I bought the makeup mold. I've had many compliments on the longevity and how well the colors look on so many different skin types. I'm not a professional face painter, just a mom with little (read very limited) artistic skills, and I love taking these colors to birthday parties. or help with school events. I always have at least one mom asking me where I bought these paints and what brand they are.
