I like that you can track everything about trainings, courses etc in one place - it makes managing all your employees' activities very easy.

It's also pretty flexible so you have no trouble adapting or customising if needed. Sometimes there are some problems when using Vairkkoo during office hours because they don't always react as fast as we'd expect them too but usually this isn't an issue once off-peak times roll around again (7am). We've been able to get things running efficiently which has benefited our day to day work life by making tasks easier to complete at each stage before moving onto another job task.
