I like that it's easy enough so we can use in our own office without any assistance, but still have all features available when needed by an expert support team as well (which isn't always necessary). I like that it's very easy, intuitively understand how everything works in Vairko - all modules are well-designed so you get used quickly without having any problems understanding what they do or why things work as designed (or not). I like that you can track everything about trainings, courses etc in one place - it makes managing all your employees' activities very easy. It's also pretty flexible so you have no trouble adapting or customising if needed. Sometimes there are some problems when using Vairkkoo during office hours because they don't always react as fast as we'd expect them too but usually this isn't an issue once off-peak times roll around again (7am).
