Easy-to Use Incident Management System

The ease of use, how quickly I can deploy it without having to wait for training or support. The ability to send out mass email notifications which is very helpful in any incident management situation. The fact that I can send out so many different types of emails. I wish there was an easier way to manage who has access to what sections of the software. It would be great if there was a more user friendly interface once you have logged into the system. Also, the ability to add multiple attachments with one click would be great too. The main benefit is the speed of deployment. It's been really useful for us, as we have had several incidents since I started using it.
