It was fast to get the most suitable pipes in terms of cost vs time for use as drain lines for our site drainage system. Also great customer service! Nothing I like, but what can be said when you have such incredible people running the show, their focus for customers is always #1. You'll see them take interest in your request as soon as they realize it's being cared about by someone other than themselves! Definitely recommend. They are providing excellent support from start (planning) through construction to post-construction services. We used this software because we felt like we weren't able to get results quick enough for us with manual calculations alone - hence the need for faster turn around times which can lead to better decision making. Easy to use software for designing piping systems that requires minimal input from users. The price of this software can be very high at times depending upon your needs as it does require some skills in programming. I used parallel pipes for my final project for school and was able to do all calculations needed without any help or guidance required. It allowed me to easily visualize exactly how the system would work with different scenarios being tested.
