As expected. This particular product and model was recommended to me and I am very glad I finally made this purchase. That costs money and investments. It looked a little intimidating at first, but after just a few YouTube videos, I figured it out pretty quickly. I love all of its features, especially the light tracking. My dog responded quite well to his new receiver and I love all the different levels and the ability to block him. He has a thick neck, so he didn't respond until he was 25. The only thing that confuses me a little is the instant mode, which doesn't show up on my transmitter, but I know I won't be using it at all. I don't understand why people rate this product so badly just because they don't know how to use it. This is by far one of the best things I've bought for my dog!
