Thin Gauze Material. It doesn't look like the gauze I've bought elsewhere. It's really flimsy flimsy cheap stuff. I use it to cover jars filled with sourdough starter; needs air, so you can't close the lids. This material sticks to the tiniest drop of starter on the lid of the jar and is torn apart, like gauze clinging to a healing wound.
