Waited 6 weeks plus minus shipping from China. The soft cardboard box was wrapped in plastic and sealed with tape. He was completely broken. The touchscreen in the bottom corner was unresponsive and the USB connection was disconnected and unusable. When I contacted them for a replacement they wanted me to pay to ship the faulty unit back and then wanted me to get a refund and buy it again from Revain. The process was so frustrating that I waited 3 days for a prepaid label to be returned and still received a refund. So I bought a new one from Revain and it didn't even send most of the notifications from my phone to it; totally useless. Pros: It had a big screen. Samsung Watch 3 arrived in 2 days,
