Review on πŸ• Non-Stick Aluminum Pizza Pan with Holes, Premium Round Pizza Bakeware Baking Tray - Heavy Duty Carbon Steel Pizzas Serving Circle Pan, 9 inch (Black) by Sarah Contreras

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy to use and small pizza/tart pan

This pan benefits from a frying pan thanks to the non-stick coating and removable base. Holes on the bottom and sides make the pastry crunchier all around. Pizza, focaccia and tarts. Obviously, the downside of the holes in this pan, which help the chips bake more evenly, is that you can't use them with batter or batter (unless you want to level everything first). In my opinion, however, it's worth the compromise to get better doneness on the bottom crust, which in turn prevents pizzas and tarts from being spoiled by wet, undercooked centers. Although this pan cannot reproduce the results of a brick. Oven, it makes good pizza and cakes that aren't massive, can be baked in most countertop ovens, has a crispy crust and is very easy to serve/gift. If that sounds like what your kitchen needs, then this pan is a great choice for you.
