Horizontal and vertical sliding don't match. The rails on the horizontal rails are twice as thick as the grooves on the vertical rails. QC does not exist? 12/08/21: Update. Reported the defect to Revain, who promptly sent a replacement. The exchange went well. Nice tool that seems to give consistent results. 12/12/21: No more chance. Tried to be optimistic but no. The emphasis on vertical guidance is poorly done. It doesn't give you a true 90 degree angle after tightening the screw to hold it in place. In the 190mm range I had a dip that resulted in one side of the bar being about 4mm lower than the other. A toothpick will help fix this, but do I really need to use a toothpick to get a better fit when I'm paying that much? I do not think so.
