I bought this product based on reviews. I have a Winix 5300 and previously purchased the same kit from Critical Vacuum. It was good, it fit perfectly. But this year I noticed it wasn't described as genuine Hepa and saw the filter change light come on before the year mark. The original Winix filter lasted over a year. So I decided to try this set. It wasn't cheaper in price but definitely cheaper in quality. Really very disappointed. See photos for comparison with Crucial Vacuum filters. The Hepa filter is short, has a gap at the top, and is generally more wavy. The filter was also dented, although the box was not damaged at all. Relax. The charcoal filters are also thinner/less dense as can be seen from the amount of light transmitted compared to the unused key charcoal filter on the left. Bad choice on my part, lesson learned. Luckily I don't use this device to treat allergies, but if you do I would recommend a different product. Edit: +1 for very good shoes to customer service who offered replacement or refund.
