I like that it is easy to use, has many different features/apps available including accounting software (Quickbooks), CRM app(Salesforce) etc., as well as reporting tools such as Xero Connector which allows me access my data from any device or browser! It's also very intuitive with good instructions included in every product you purchase so there are no surprises when using them - this makes life easier because we don't have time to go through training courses all over again each new person joins our team. There could be more apps added but if they were free then maybe? We're solving problems of getting work done quickly by having one system where everything can live together under 1 roof instead of us spending hours trying to sync up spreadsheets & emails across multiple platforms e-mailing clients ect..
