This company offers great customer service. I got it the day after Thanksgiving and due to the low tech I couldn't figure out how to get it to work (the instructions were in very small print and I couldn't even see them with the readers on). I emailed the company on Saturday (Thanksgiving weekend!) and received a reply the same day. I thought they would contact me within a week. Lucy, the rep who emailed me back, sent me the instructions in a PDF for me to read and I love this keyboard. Works perfectly. Thank you Lucy!
