They arrived well packaged as expected. So these are pretty good headphones. The cord is long enough to reach the holster on your belt without wrapping miles of cord around you. The microphone and controls are also of good length and placement. The handset sits comfortably on my ear. The piece that goes in the ear was a little larger than I prefer, but it wasn't uncomfortable. I gave this one 4 stars because one of the lapel clips broke as soon as I touched it. I've attached photos of the tear, it looks like the hole isn't big enough for the two pieces to connect properly. The other device is working without any issues, so it could be an accident on one device. The earpad comes as a separate part, which may mean you risk losing it if you use the earbud in the future, but it works well for now. I received this item at a discount to provide an unbiased review.
