The Rubz caster worked perfectly as described. I got pain in the plantar fasciitis area under both feet. I found a purple roller online and it gave me more relief than the wooden roller I also bought. Rubz Roller Spikes penetrate deeper into the tissue. I use a Rubz roller on the bottom and a wooden roller on top daily. The severe pain is gone. I continue to use it daily to actively stretch my legs at the end of the day and prevent the pain from returning. The Rubz ball is handy for working with knots. He's a lot smaller than expected, so handling him to keep him from slipping was a challenge. It often slipped away when trying to use it under my foot. Works great for hands, arms and legs. I've already lost mine.
