The best part about this tool is that it helps me track accounts receivables from my customers and customers, which I can then use to create reports for my office manager and/or myself. You can even customize reports. It can become confusing when new features are added because they don't always make sense, but there is nothing really bad or negative to speak of. This is an excellent tool for anyone looking for an easy way to collect on outstanding invoices without having to manually do so. We have been able to quickly identify customers who owe us and send out reminder emails that we can track in the system. It has also helped us see how much money we could be owed by our clients and what percentage of those amounts each client owes.
