Got it. Easily assembled. Some confusion due to 3 screws and different sizes. Had to look at the instructions after I removed them to assemble and then mixed them up. Roger that. I don't intend to use tether wire. Other reviews seemed to suggest that this isn't essential for a compact bag. The bag itself will accomplish the mission I have in mind as a casual racer. I want somewhere to keep my wallet, keys and phone out of the way. The pocket is perfect for these items with a corner that's perfect for a thick wallet, a sleeve that's perfect for my phone, and a smaller compartment that's perfect for my keys. I could put some restaurants on top so it's not too crowded. Not much more than that doesn't fit without starting stuffing things in. After all, it is "compact". This is a very good quality bag made of material and has a "structure" that I like. it's not just a "flexible" bag. Full or empty, it looks the same. Other bags at Walmart do NOT look like their promotional images. This bag fits.
