I had a problem with a non-working fan

I had a problem with a non-working fan. I didn't want to take it apart and send it in as a replacement for a 14 foot fan and an 85 inch fan. So I called Kichler tech support, told them what the problem was, they verified the problem on the phone, sent a new DC drive control board. During the installation of the new board, it turned out that the production assembly had three wires Stuck to the DC motor causing the drive board to not work New board installed everything works fine.
