I've had several beeswax kits before so I'm not new to beeswax rolling. I just really love this set. In the photo is the very first candle I made from the set. It has sequins and a black "trim". Both were very easy. The gloss is incredibly fine so it stays on pretty well if you just rub it in with your fingers. I softened the wax a bit with a very quick motion of my thermal tool. Be careful when using it as it may destroy the honeycomb pattern. The black swirl was very easy, although I had to join the two pieces together about 2/3 of the way down. The candle looks very unusual. This will be a great present. The colors are neutral so it fits almost anywhere. Although I received this set in exchange for my honest review, it is very likely that I will purchase it for personal use. Beeswax candles really are the best to burn if you can get hold of them. Plus, candles are so easy that you can make them with your kids if you want. This would be an appropriate and satisfying craft for a really wide age group.
