Easy adjustments and works well; however, the profile is quite large and noticeably protrudes from the face

The mask adjusts very easily and reduces airflow well. However, the mask has a large profile and protrudes quite clearly from the face. This affects exercises like push-ups and sometimes pull-ups. The mask around the nose also makes it difficult to put on sunglasses; but the advantages of the Spartos mask far outweigh the disadvantages. Cardio and training with this mask has become an absolute discovery. It has completely changed my training and I believe it will take me to the next level. I had no idea I was in some sort of plateau before using this mask. ** I also requested and received complimentary wrist wraps after receiving the mask. The card is in a box where you will find a website where you can get it. I received the bracelets with delivery in 2 days.
