I do. DO NOT trust the seller! I've had this device less than two days and I've literally only used it for 24 hours and it has already HARDLY started malfunctioning due to something as simple as reading my e-tutorial which I downloaded in PDF format. In order for them to be able to ship a unit that started out having troubles from the start, I was told they knew it was a faulty product. I'm so disappointed because I really needed this for school! Also, I can't even buy a new one until I get my money back! Also because the return label wasn't paid and the packaging I received was inadequate, I spent $52.24 just to ship the iPad back. What an awful experience. Revain needs to delete this seller's account
