Be sure to apply upside down!
I'll admit I'm not very tech savvy but the instructions didn't tell me which side of the iPad Pro needed the notch. I assumed (wrongly) that the notch was at the home end. It is not! Face ID doesn't work with a cutout at home! So I had to remove the glass (it's very easy to slowly pry it open with a fingernail) and reinstall it. So save yourself the hassle and install the notch at the top or end of your iPad Pro's camera. Of course I managed to get fluff on the tread and had to start over with a second tread. I'm glad he came at 2! I also like the protector and the camera protection.
