I have purchased 2 Mazer 2 mice, a Cobra 2 wireless and wired keyboard and a new Mazer Type-X gaming headset. My problem is that the company is from East Asia so the US market is not well supported. The company claims everything is plug and play, but Windows 8.1 doesn't like the basic driver it has to use. The E-3lue website claims they have a generic mouse driver, but this is just a button setup interface for their mouse. I emailed their support team and received a smug response and after filling out the detailed registration including the serial number which is on the box for US models and is almost impossible to read for each item, received I got an answer from their support team I download the generic mouse driver from the website which doesn't help at all for the keyboard and headset. I wrote a driver from a plain windows driver to get things working. So if you're not computer savvy, you might want to reconsider purchasing these items. The wireless mouse eats your batteries if you leave the LEDs on, but the worst part of the wireless mouse goes out about every five seconds to reserve the battery, so you have to left or right click to turn the mouse back on Get it running There is no way to disable this option. Sounds petty, but let's say you click a link to go to a new webpage, and while the page loads, you get up and come back. Now you have to click on the web page you just loaded and the cursor is right over the ad banner and you launch it without wanting it and it launches a third party web page and then it loads malware and then one virus that infects your computer. Was it worth it? Just a word to the wise or other wise children! On the positive side, the buttons work smoothly and the LED indicators in the box are very good. Good product, delivered quickly, well packaged.
