Nice combination of tent fan and light.

We didn't use a magnet as our tent had a hanging hook at the top. Some of the fan would be felt if you were directly underneath, but in a large tent there isn't enough air movement to be effective. The main light was good for moving around the tent at night, but we added a book light for late night reading. We have young children and the night light feature was great to keep young children comfortable on dark nights. Overall, this isn't the only light or fan for my tent, but it's a good starting point.
